Der globale Gerinnungstest berücksichtig zudem die räumliche Propagation der Thrombusbildung im Blutgefäss. Mit der zusätzlichen Fibrinolyse Software können neu auch hypo - und hyperfibrinolytische Zustände erfasst werden. Das Testsystem eignet sich für das Monitoring der Wirksamkeit von NOACs/DOACs, von post-operativen Risikopatienten, von Risikoschwangerschaften, von hyperkoagulablen Zuständen. CE Markierung des Systems ist in Bearbeitung.
Thrombodynamics Analyser System T2T visualizes and detects simultaneously the in vitro thrombin generation as well as the in vitro fibrin formation. This global coagulation assay includes the spatial propagation of the thrombus formation in the blood vessel. Most noteworthy; together with the new software module for fibrinolysis also hypo – and hyperfibrinolytic conditions are detected.The testkit is used for the monitoring of risk patients post surgery, efficacy of NOACs/DOACs, risk pregnancies, hypercoagulable conditions.
